Specializing in unique combinations of fresh ingredients, Smitty is a nationally recognized chef known for his novel infusions, sauces and entrees. We are committed to providing exceptional dining experiences and outstanding service. Services include private dinner parties, cooking classes, BBQs and special events. All meals are prepared and served in your home, backyard or venue of choice. To the extent possible, fresh and locally grown produce is used. A wide selection of menus are possible including customized fare, vegetarian dishes and exotic game.
